Rainbows Day Nursery is set in a fantastic location surrounded by large fields, a local authority play area and backed by woodland. We can cater for up to 30 children within the setting, with age appropriate rooms: Caterpillars (Babies - 2 years), Bumblebees (2 -3 years) and Butterflies (3-5 years). We also have our own free flow play area attached directly to the nursery.
There is plenty of space for children to play individually and in a group, we also use this outdoor space to hold our Nature Bug sessions; which gives the children a chance to experience and explore the outside environment and what lives in it.
The ethos of our nursery is to foster a strong sense of community within a caring and nurturing environment. We want to encourage confident, loving and motivated children with an understanding of the wider world around them.
We actively promote equal opportunities and the development of a positive self-image through play and learning. We also positively encourage close links with parents/guardians/siblings and the wider family. These values underpin all that we offer and strive to achieve for your child.
We are here to nurture and care for your child in their early years in a stimulating and family orientated setting. As a nursery we are committed to children exploring the outside during our Nature Bug sessions looking at the natural environment around them. We also have a Ict & science room, a large play loft area which has a sensory, quiet and home corner area.
We have wonderful staff that are well qualified and are dedicated to the holistic care of your child. We provide home cooked meals which are healthy and nutritionally balanced which are all prepared on site. The children also bake their own snacks daily as part of learning development.
We offer our children a nursery uniform of which a t-shirt is included within their registration fee.
